A UPI, telemedicine and insurance super app live in 22 Indian states, with 20+ bank/NBFC integrations.
TVAM needed to fold an entire financial and healthcare toolkit — UPI payments, bank-balance tracking, telemedicine, insurance and merchant ledgers — into one app that could be trusted with money and medical data at national scale. The hard part wasn't any single feature; it was making high-security financial transactions, third-party bank integrations, and real-time telehealth coexist in a single, responsive Flutter codebase without compromising on security or performance.
We architected TVAM around a hardened, security-first backend and a Flutter front end for consistent native performance on Android and iOS. The full UPI stack was implemented end to end — payments, UPI ID creation, and PIN flows — alongside SMS-parsing for bank-balance tracking. Telemedicine was delivered through integrated audio/video calling, and an insurance marketplace plus digital business ledgers were built for merchants. On the backend we integrated 20+ bank and NBFC partners behind a unified, secure API layer, isolating each partner integration so onboarding a new bank never destabilised the others.
