Citizens needed a safe way to report public-health and infrastructure issues — and to call for help in an emergency — without exposing their identity. That demanded a privacy-first architecture: anonymous reporting, accurate location capture, and real-time delivery to the right authorities, all while keeping the user's identity protected.
<p>We built ManKiwwa around anonymous, location-based reporting with GIS mapping so every report (dengue, damaged infrastructure and more) carries precise geolocation and photo evidence without tying it to a personal identity. The "My 119" emergency feature shares a user's live location with chosen contacts and authorities in real time. A real-time notification pipeline routes each incident to the relevant authority the moment it's filed.</p>
